Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Verdant Safaris company representative who will brief you on the 2 Days Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Tour and then take you on a 3 hour drive to Volcanoes National Park, arriving in time for dinner and staying overnight at
Mountain Gorilla Lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Following an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the park center for the gorilla trekking experience. This takes 2 or more hours depending on how far the gorillas have moved, the primates love to nest on the ground and rarely feed in one place for a long time. An hour is allowed with the gorillas after which you will return to the lodge for checkout and transfer to Kigali for departure.
