Our 4 Days Double Gorilla Trekking Safari will take you to see two countries at the same time both of which are homes to mountain gorillas. Uganda hosts half population of mountain gorillas on Earth, living within Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. They live freely within the ecosystem while enjoying the forest fruits, plant and backs of dead trees. This tour will lead you to trek gorillas twice beginning and ending in Kigali.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Verdant Safaris company representative who will brief you on the 4 day tour. Depending on your time of arrival, you will conduct a city tour in Kigali, visiting the memorial site, local markets and later transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda arriving in time for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 2: First Gorilla Trekking in Nkuringo
Morning breakfast after which you will transfer to the park headquarters for the gorilla trekking experience. You will be amazed by the young ones as they jump up and down of trees. The gorillas nest on ground and this helps trackers trace them easily. Upon meeting them, you will be allowed 1 hour with the primates. Return to the lodge for dinner and staying overnight,

Day 3: Rushaga Gorilla Trekking Experience
Following an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the Rushaga sector to experience the mountain gorillas a second time. You will be allocated into groups of eight per gorilla family, led by a ranger guide. On a lucky day you might meet park animals like elephants. Return for dinner and stay overnight at

Day 4: Departure
Morning tea of coffee, together with your packed lunch, you will transfer back to Kigali in Rwanda for your international flight back home.
